What do I need before scheduling an appointment for Notary Public services?
- Valid ID, such as a drivers license or passport, that is current or issues within the last 5 days, or two credible witnesses (provided for an additional fee).
- Completely filled out document to be notarized with no blank spaces.
- Appear before me for notarization, unless you are using a signature witness.
- Notary Publics CANNOT notarized certified copies of birth, fetal death, death, and marriage records.
