As a Certified Loan Signing Agent, also known as a Notary Signing Agent, I service the mortgage, escrow, or title companies to handle the delivery of loan documents to borrowers, authenticate the borrowers, oversee the signing, notarize the necessary documents, and return those documents to the company. The fees below are based on the number of signers, pages, distance, and if scan-backs are required:

  • Seller Package – $125-$200
  • Buyer Package – $125-$200
  • 2nd Loan Package – $75-$100
  • Loan Modification – $75-$100
  • HELOC – $75-$100
  • Purchase Option Agreements – $75-$100
  • Reverse Mortgage – $200 – $300
  • Loan Application – $50-$75
  • Cash Deal – $75-$100
  • E-docs – $25/150 pages
  • Scanbacks – $25/150 pages
